How to Enrol

To lodge an Application for your child, please complete the following steps:

  1. Submit an ONLINE APPLICATION FOR ENROLMENT FORM
  2. Pay the non-refundable Application Fee of $100 here  BPoint Link
  3. Email the following documentation to - SMAGEnrolments@bne.catholic.edu.au within 7 days of completing the online Application

Required Documentation for Enrolment Application

  • Application Fee (non-refundable) receipt copy
  • Birth Certificate
  • Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
  • Most recent NAPLAN Report
  • Include extra documentation if noted in the Application:

  • Visa documentation / Citizenship certificates / current Passport / Vevo Check
  • Medical Action Plans
  • Learning Support documentation; including Student Learning Plans, Specialist Assessment Reports etc.
  • Legal Documentation (Family Court or Parenting Orders, Protection Orders)
N.B. If applying for multiple students, after each application an option to submit a further application will appear.

Please note: Submission of an Application does not guarantee an enrolment place or interview.

Applications for Enrolment will only be considered complete when the College receives the required supporting documents and the $100.00 Enrolment Application fee.

Enrolment Interviews

Once the Application has been reviewed, families will be contacted for interview in line with our Enrolments Policy. Please note interviews are only held at certain times throughout the year.

Waiting Lists

Applications will be wait listed should enrolment capacity be reached or after the closing date. Should places become available, applications on the waiting list will be reviewed in line with our Enrolments Policy.

 Please submit an enrolment when your child is in Year 4.


Confirmation of Enrolment

The $200.00 non-refundable Enrolment Confirmation Fee is payable once you have completed the Enrolment Application process, attended an enrolment interview and been offered a place. This payment along with the completed Confirmation of Enrolment documentation, which will be emailed with your Enrolment Offer, will secure your child's enrolment at the College.

Please note the Confirmation of Enrolment fee is not applied to College fees and levies.
